Matrix Clamping Tables

CLAMP YOUR WORKPIECE IN SECONDS!

The Matrix Table is an extremely versatile piece of equipment which can be adapted to a wide range of clamping requirements.

Typical applications for this system include, kitchen doors, pressing lippings onto curved or straight shapes, or clamping the solid components when the finished workpiece is an odd or irregular shape. The clamping table is available in either vertical or horizontal position and is available in a number of standard sizes.

Alternatively, we would be pleased to manufacture a table to the customers requirements. As an optional extra, these clamps can be coated with 12mm of white polypropylene if required.

The polypropylene serves two purposes:

  • Firstly it acts in a non stick capacity to prevent glue build up on the table surface.
  • Secondly, it acts as an insulator when the clamp is used in conjunction with a hand held Radio Frequency glue curing machine.

As the pressure rams have a unique locking device on each one, which enables the ram to be locked solid in any position through a 360 degrees rotation, this means the ram units can be used on conventional straight and 90 degrees applications such as doors and windows, but can also be used with equal efficiency on a curved or shaped workpiece.

The table is supplied with locking castors for mobility. Typical clamping time is just a few seconds to achieve a perfectly square workpiece with tight joints, which are flat. No more dragging the tape measure across the diagonal corners of the door.
