With this coffin assembly system, the mitre corners are held securely with PVA glue and corrugated fasteners fired across the internal corners of the carcass.
The carcass is produced upside down to enable the base to be fitted and pinned prior to the coffin being ejected out of the clamp.

We can also manufacture assembly machines for outsize coffins with a shoulder width of up to 36 inches.
This whole assembly process can be achieved in around 3 minutes from start to finish with only one operator, whilst increasing both the quality and quantity of the end product.
