Up to 35 mouldings can be loaded into a feeder magazine at any one time. These mouldings are then drawn out of the magazine and bonded to the coffin side, using hot melt glue as the side passes through the length of the machine, using a drive belt conveyor system.
The sides are then able to move on to the next mitre cutting process immediately.
